Refund and Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the purchased product to us, we will fully refund the amount or exchange it for another, according to the following conditions:

1. General rule for refund and return: All products purchased from our store can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided that the product is in the original delivered condition, unopened and unused.

2. Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a replacement for a new one or a 100% refund. The refund is made in the same way as the product was paid for. Please note that it sometimes takes up to 3 business days to process the return through commercial banks.

3. Return costs (return of product/replacement): If the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused and fully functional, and you want to exchange it, the shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. The customer is also responsible for the return of the purchased product, for its packaging with protection during transport, as well as for organizing the delivery service. The customer is also responsible for the costs of that return, as well as for the new shipping costs of the replaced product.
