The protection of personal data and the protection of our customers' personal and financial information is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively on the basis of applicable legislation, in particular, the General Regulation 2016/670 (commonly known as GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act. Please refer to this privacy policy, which informs you about the most important aspects of how La Maison Cece T. DOOEL Skopje processes your data. In this policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data on our website. We also inform you about the time period and the legal basis for the collection, processing, storage, use, deletion and protection of your personal information, to the extent that you have not given your express consent to it.
What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you send us a message via the contact form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the time necessary to process your request and answer any additional questions you may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storage of your data
Please note that in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process and the subsequent fulfillment of our contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address and details of your payment method, as well as, if necessary, your credit card number (if you personally agree to this).
The information you provide is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations towards you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for
- payment processors or payment service providers,
- the courier company with which we forward your purchase,
- Our accountant and
- CloudCart LLC., who are our data processors under the GDPR, and with whom we have concluded an appropriate agreement.
In the event of an incomplete order, we will store the data you have entered for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you about the status of your order or your options as a result. After completing an order and with a fulfilled contract, on the legal basis of Article 6, para. 1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR we will retain all details of the legal relationship with you until the expiry of the period of 5 years as provided for by accounting standards, in accordance with the law.

E-Newsletter (via e-mail)
You can subscribe to our newsletter by filling out the form on our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your consent to send you messages. After you register for our newsletter/mailing list, we will send you a confirmation message with a link to confirm your registration. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Please send your withdrawal message to the following e-mail: [email protected] or use the “unsubscribe” button. We will immediately delete your data and you will no longer receive our newsletter.
