Physical Product Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at the La Maison Cece T. DOOEL Skopje e-store. We hope you are satisfied with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the purchased product to us, we will fully refund the amount or exchange it for another, according to the following conditions:

1. Product Delivery Policy
After placing an order, it enters the processing process. You will receive an email message with details about your order.

2. Delivery Time
After you receive confirmation of a created order, the order enters the processing status. Once it has been processed and confirmed, it will be sent for delivery, and you will receive a new email with an Invoice/Order as well as a Tracking number to track it. The delivery time is 5 (five) business days. The day of order, Sundays, public and religious holidays are not taken into account.For any order placed on Saturday after 1:00 PM or on non-working days, the order will be processed on the first working day.

3. Delivery cost
Delivery is charged at 150 DEN.
